2-IN-1 SANDING/POLISHING PACKAGE FOR FULLY AUTOMATED PAINT FINISH (SPOT REPAIR)

The FerRobotics AOK 403 Double Header operates two tools on one robot. It's a finely tuned system package based on the Active Compliant Technology (ACT) and a specially designed electric random orbital sander/polisher. A fully integrated servo motor provides the drive. The very unique feature is that the applied contact force is continuously validated in real time. The Double Header impresses with reacting extremely fast and highly sensitive due to a light and compact design and individual control of all process parameters: rotation speed, contact force and feed rate. The AOK 403 requires little maintenance and is universally compatible with many abrasives.
